Training has started

No flashy post or title. Just news that I have officially started training for the 2012 marathon. I never made the 2011 marathon, but this one I will not miss. Training currently consists of 2 mile runs at 5:45 AM. Within a month or so I will extend that to 4 mile runs in the morning. Each Saturday will consist of long runs. In the first few months they will range from 4 to 10 miles, but as the race approaches the runs will go as far as 20 miles.

I think I'll update on the 1st of every month, unless something drastic were to happen.
